LocalNokri is an online job listing platform that connects job seekers with employers, recruiters, and businesses. LocalNokri provides a platform for users to discover and post job opportunities and communicate with each other.
1. No Guarantee of Employment
LocalNokri does not guarantee employment, interview selection, salary, job availability, working conditions, hiring decisions, or any other outcome related to a job listing.
The decision to apply, interview, hire, or accept a job remains between the job seeker and the employer or recruiter.
2. Job Listings and Employer Information
Employers and recruiters are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide in their job listings.
LocalNokri may review, moderate, restrict, hide, or remove job postings that violate our Terms & Conditions, Job Posting Guidelines, or Safety Guidelines. However, users should independently verify job details and the identity and legitimacy of employers or recruiters before proceeding.
3. Verified Badge
A Verified Badge indicates that LocalNokri has reviewed the job and/or information provided by the employer according to our verification criteria at the time of verification.
Verification does not guarantee employment, salary, job availability, working conditions, workplace safety, or the future conduct of the employer.
A verified status may be changed or removed if relevant information changes or if the job or employer no longer meets our verification criteria.
4. Job Scams and Payments
LocalNokri does not ask job seekers to pay money in order to obtain employment.
Users should be cautious of requests for registration fees, security deposits, processing fees, training fees, equipment charges, investments, or other payments connected to a job opportunity. Indian cybercrime authorities have specifically warned about fake job offers involving upfront payments and requests for personal or financial information.
Never share OTPs, PINs, passwords, card details, banking credentials, or other sensitive financial information with an unverified person or recruiter.

Users are responsible for making their own decisions when applying for jobs or communicating with employers and recruiters.
Before accepting a job, users should verify the employer, job location, salary, responsibilities, working conditions, and other relevant details.
For overseas employment, users should also verify the employer and recruitment agency through appropriate official sources.

If you believe a job listing is fraudulent, misleading, abusive, inappropriate, unavailable, or otherwise violates LocalNokri's policies, you can use the Report Job option available on the job listing.
LocalNokri may review reported content and take appropriate action, including editing, hiding, restricting, or removing the job listing or account.
8. Limitation of Responsibility
LocalNokri is not responsible for fraud, financial loss, misleading information, disputes, damages, or other consequences resulting from interactions between job seekers and employers, recruiters, or other third parties.
Users should exercise appropriate caution and conduct their own verification before sharing information, making payments, travelling for interviews, or accepting employment.
