Where the application requests device location permission, location information may be used to provide location-related features, such as helping you find jobs in or around your selected/current area.
You can control applicable device-level location permissions through your Android device settings.

If you contact us, report a job, submit feedback, or communicate with LocalNokri, we may collect:

For example, when you use Report Job, we may collect the selected reason and any additional comment you submit.

- Process and display job applications or contact requests

LocalNokri is a job marketplace.
Information included in a job listing may be visible to other users. Depending on the employer's selected contact preferences, this may include information such as:

- Job details
- Salary
- Job location
- Contact information
- Email address
- Phone number
- WhatsApp information
- Walk-in information
- Company logo
Users should therefore avoid publishing unnecessary personal or sensitive information in publicly visible job listings.
4. Employer and Job Seeker Communication
LocalNokri may provide contact methods such as:
- Direct Call
- Direct Walk-in
When you choose one of these options, information necessary to facilitate that communication may be displayed or transferred to the relevant user.
For example, if an employer chooses WhatsApp as a contact preference, a job seeker may be able to contact the employer through WhatsApp.
LocalNokri does not control communications that take place outside the application, including phone calls, WhatsApp conversations, emails, or physical meetings.
Users should exercise caution when communicating with people they do not personally know.

Employers may optionally request a Verified Badge for eligible job listings.
To process verification requests, LocalNokri may review information provided by the employer and, where appropriate, supporting business or job-related information.
Verification information may be used to:
- Assess the job or employer against LocalNokri's verification criteria
- Investigate suspicious information
- Determine whether a Verified Badge should be granted
- Maintain verification records
- Remove or change verification status where appropriate
A Verified Badge does not guarantee employment, salary, job availability, working conditions, workplace safety, or future employer conduct.
7. Job Moderation and Reporting
LocalNokri may use automated systems, rules, and human review to identify potentially prohibited, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate job listings.
Reported jobs may be reviewed by LocalNokri administrators.
We may:
- Approve a job
- Reject a job
- Hide a job
- Remove a job
- Restrict an account
- Request additional information
- Take other appropriate action under our policies
Information related to reports and moderation may be retained as necessary for safety, security, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal purposes.
9. Advertising
LocalNokri may display advertisements through third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.
Advertising providers may collect or process certain information, including device or advertising-related information, in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable platform controls.
Advertising may be used to support the operation and development of LocalNokri.
LocalNokri does not intentionally use sensitive personal information for advertising purposes where prohibited by applicable law or platform policies.

Google Play requires apps that allow account creation to provide users with an accessible method to request account deletion and associated data deletion.
Developer note: The actual in-app account deletion flow and external web deletion mechanism should be implemented before publishing this policy if the app allows account creation.

However, because job listings and communications may be provided by independent users, LocalNokri cannot guarantee that every job listing or user interaction will be free from fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse.
Users should:
- Verify employers before accepting employment
- Avoid upfront payments for jobs
- Avoid sharing OTPs, passwords, PINs, or banking credentials
- Be cautious of unrealistic salary or earning claims
- Verify interview locations
- Report suspicious jobs using Report Job
- Follow LocalNokri's Safety Guidelines
- Follow Safety Guidelines (Women) where applicable
19. Business and Employer Information
Employers and recruiters are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and lawful.
If you post a job, you should not include:
- Unnecessary sensitive personal information
- Passwords or authentication information
- Financial credentials
- Information belonging to another person without authorization
- Illegal or prohibited content
LocalNokri may remove or restrict information that violates applicable laws or LocalNokri policies.

LocalNokri may make its services available in multiple countries.
