These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LocalNokri website and services, including browsing job listings, posting jobs, and communicating with other users. By accessing or using LocalNokri, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.
1. About LocalNokri
LocalNokri is an online job listing platform that provides a space for employers and recruiters to post job vacancies and for job seekers to explore available opportunities. LocalNokri acts as a discovery and connection platform only. We are not a party to any employment relationship, and we do not employ, represent, or manage any employer or job seeker listed on the platform.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use LocalNokri. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Users who do not meet these requirements must not access or use the platform.
3. User Accounts
Where an account is required for certain features, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at localnokri@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
4. Job Posting Rules
Employers and recruiters who post jobs on LocalNokri agree that all listings must:
- Describe a genuine, current, and available job opportunity
- Be accurate, complete, and not misleading in any way
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including labour and employment laws
- Include only lawful job requirements that are relevant to the role
- Not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, caste, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic
LocalNokri reserves the right to decline, edit, or remove any job posting that does not meet these rules.
5. Job Posting Limits
To keep the platform useful and free of spam, LocalNokri may apply limits on the number of jobs a user or employer can post within a given period, and on the duration for which a posting remains active. These limits may vary and may be updated from time to time. Repeated or excessive posting of duplicate or low-quality listings may result in removal of the postings and restriction of posting privileges.
6. Job Review and Moderation
All submitted job postings are subject to review and moderation. LocalNokri may review listings for compliance with these Terms, quality standards, and platform guidelines before or after they appear on the platform. Moderation may involve editing for format and clarity, rejection, or removal of listings. The existence of a moderation process does not make LocalNokri a party to any job posting, and it does not constitute an endorsement of any employer or listing.
7. Job Verification
LocalNokri does not independently verify employers, recruiters, or the contents of job postings at this stage, except as part of its review and moderation practices. Any verification-related labelling applied to a listing does not constitute a guarantee of the employer, salary, workplace, or employment opportunity. Users are strongly encouraged to verify employer details independently before applying, sharing information, or attending interviews.
8. Prohibited Job Postings and Activities
The following are strictly prohibited on LocalNokri:
- Fake, duplicate, misleading, or fraudulent job postings
- Any listing that requires payment, deposits, or fees from job seekers
- Jobs that involve illegal, harmful, or exploitative activities
- Network marketing or recruitment schemes presented as employment
- Postings that request sensitive personal, financial, or identity documents as a condition of application
- Harassment, spam, scams, or any attempt to misuse the platform or its users
Engaging in prohibited activities may result in immediate removal of content, suspension, or permanent termination of access to the platform.
9. No Upfront Payment Warning
LocalNokri never asks job seekers for money. We do not support or promote registration fees, security deposits, training fees, ID charges, or any form of payment for job offers. No employer, recruiter, or representative of LocalNokri is authorized to collect money from job seekers in connection with any listing on the platform.
If any employer asks you for money, do not pay — and report the job to us immediately at localnokri@gmail.com.
10. Job Expiry and Removal
Job postings may expire and be removed from the platform after a period of time, or earlier at our discretion. Listings may also be removed if they are reported, found to violate these Terms, or become inaccurate or outdated. LocalNokri is not responsible for any loss arising from the expiry or removal of any listing.
11. Job Applications and Employer Communication
All communication between job seekers and employers — including calls, messages, emails, and interviews — happens directly between the parties. LocalNokri does not participate in, monitor, or control these interactions, and is not responsible for their content or outcome. Users communicate and share information at their own discretion and risk.

13. No Guarantee of Employment
LocalNokri does not guarantee job placement, interview selection, salary, benefits, or working conditions. Publishing a job on the platform does not guarantee the employer, the workplace, or the employment opportunity. All hiring decisions are solely between the employer and the job seeker.
14. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for their use of the platform. Job seekers are advised to verify employer details independently, avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information, be cautious while attending interviews, and trust their own judgment. Employers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information they post.
15. Reporting Jobs
If you believe a job posting is fake, unsafe, misleading, or unlawful, you can report it to LocalNokri at localnokri@gmail.com. Please include the listing title and any relevant details. We may review reported listings and take appropriate action, including removal of the posting and restriction of the responsible account.
16. Content Submitted by Users
You retain ownership of the content you submit to LocalNokri, such as job details, descriptions, and company information. By submitting content, you grant LocalNokri a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for format and display purposes), and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the platform. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
17. Accuracy of Information
While we aim to keep the platform useful and current, we do not warrant that any listing, profile, or other information on LocalNokri is accurate, complete, reliable, or up to date. Information may be provided by third parties and may change without notice. Users should independently confirm any information before relying on it.
18. Third-Party Services
The platform may use or link to third-party services and websites. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. LocalNokri is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.
19. Advertisements
LocalNokri may display advertisements or promotional content. The presence of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement by LocalNokri of the advertised product or service. LocalNokri is not responsible for any dealings between users and advertisers.
20. Fees and Paid Services
Browsing and applying to jobs on LocalNokri is free for job seekers. The platform may introduce fees for optional paid services for employers in the future, such as promoted listings. If any paid service is introduced, its terms and pricing will be clearly disclosed before purchase. LocalNokri will never charge job seekers to apply for jobs.
21. Intellectual Property
The LocalNokri name, logo, design, and platform content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform's branding or design without prior written permission. Your use of the platform does not grant you any rights in our intellectual property.
22. Platform Availability
We aim to keep LocalNokri available and running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The platform may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice.
23. Account Suspension or Termination
LocalNokri may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Where appropriate, we will notify affected users. You may stop using the platform at any time.
24. Limitation of Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalNokri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for any loss of profit, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform. LocalNokri is not responsible for fraud, scams, financial loss, personal harm, or disputes arising from job listings or interactions between users. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
25. Changes to the Service
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of LocalNokri at any time, including features, functionality, and content. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version will always be available on this page with its effective date.
